Today we have learnt three things

1. We can be very thankful that things happened the way they did and we found the car in May, picked it up in June and could work on it during the summer months because doing all that work on the car now, during the winter months, in that garage or outside would have been FREEEEEZING cold.

2. It is a never ending story. Today we went back to the air con mechanic to have another go with the air con re-gassing. He had ordered us a new dryer (part of the air con that sucks up moisture). It didn’t fit. We put the old one back in to try the pipes. There was a leak. In the pipe we took out first. The one that the car is built around.

3. Never make plans for the weekend because there will always be unexpected car work.

It is at this point you start asking yourself if you REALLY need airconditioning…

Haha, you have no idea… Especially now that we’re going into winter, the whole air con business seems even more insane! :)
